• submit only appliance photos you have the right to share;
• avoid sensitive personal, financial, medical, or identity information;
• avoid malicious code, automated abuse, impersonation, unlawful material, or attempts to bypass site protections; and
• use the content for ordinary personal or business information, not to copy or misrepresent the brand.

You permit us to process submitted text and photos only as needed to review and respond to the request, operate ordinary business records, protect the endpoint, and meet legal obligations.

Site content and third-party services

We try to keep site content accurate, but appliance information is general and may not fit a particular model or condition. Do not treat it as a remote diagnosis or safety instruction. Stop using an appliance and follow manufacturer or emergency guidance when there is smoke, fire, gas, electrical danger, flooding, or another immediate hazard.

The site may use or link to services from Google, Cloudflare, or Cloudinary. Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party sites reached through a link.
