Information we handle

Service requests

When you request service, we receive the information you choose to provide.

• Name, phone number, email address, and service address
• Residential or commercial customer type and appliance brand
• Your description of the appliance problem
• Up to three optional appliance photos
• The public page where the service request began

We use this information to review the request, contact you, discuss possible service, prevent abuse, and maintain ordinary business records. Sending the form does not create an appointment or service contract.

Technical and security data

Cloudflare processes network and device information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include IP address, browser information, request time, response status, and a Turnstile verification result. Turnstile runs invisibly in the service form, so visitors do not see or operate a verification control. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum. The contact endpoint uses an IP-based rate limit. Our application does not place IP addresses, form values, filenames, photo links, or Turnstile tokens in routine logs or operational analytics.

When the contact endpoint records a delivery outcome, an operational counter also records the public request page, UTC day, and business identifier. The counter does not contain contact details, address details, form text, filenames, or photo links.

When you click a service request link, this browser tab can briefly retain the public page where the request began. The saved page is removed when the form opens, and no form answers are stored this way.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views, approximate country, referring site, browser, operating system, device type, and page performance. The measurement request contains the page path without its query string. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, local storage, or a fingerprint to follow you across websites. Ordinary European Union visits receive a country notice that does not load the analytics beacon. We do not send service form contents, names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, issue descriptions, filenames, or photo links to website analytics.

Country access controls

Cloudflare uses the country associated with an IP address to make the main website available to people in the United States and Morocco. People elsewhere receive a location notice. The country rule allows common search and monitoring crawler request headers so public pages can remain searchable and operational. A request header can be copied, so the country rule limits ordinary access but is not an identity or security check. The service request endpoint accepts requests from the United States only.

Google reviews

The homepage connects to Google Maps Platform to request current Google Places review data for this business. Google can receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address and browser details. The page may display review ratings, text, dates, and reviewer names or profile links supplied by Google. We do not send service request fields, address details, or photos with the review request.

Companies that help operate the site

When you submit a service request, you authorize us to process the information you provide to review and respond to that request. Cloudflare processes the form and delivers it to our business inbox on our behalf. Optional photos are stored with Cloudinary. This processing is described here so you can decide what to provide. It does not give another business permission to use your information for its own marketing.

• Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, provides Turnstile and rate limiting, applies country access controls, measures website use, runs the contact Worker, delivers contact email, and records aggregate operational counters.
• Cloudinary stores optional contact photos after the Worker verifies the request and decoded file type.
• Google provides current Google Places review data on the homepage.
• Our business inbox receives the service request so we can respond.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep information

• Routine inquiry emails are kept no longer than 24 months after the last interaction, unless a legal or accounting obligation requires longer.
• Contact photos are deleted within 90 days after a job closes or is declined. If job status is unknown, an automated hard stop deletes them no later than 180 days after upload.
• Redacted Worker security logs are kept no longer than 30 days. Operational counters contain only the business identifier, event category, UTC day, public request page, and a count.
• Cloudflare keeps website analytics for no longer than six months. Detailed records may be aggregated before that period ends.

Browser privacy signals

We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising across unrelated websites, or use website analytics to build a cross site profile. Because those activities do not occur, a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal does not change the site's behavior. We will update this policy and provide any legally required control before those practices change.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or object to or restrict certain uses. Email [email protected]. We may need to verify that the request concerns you. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days unless law requires us to keep a record.

Security, children, and changes

We use HTTPS, server-side verification, rate limiting, file-count and size limits, decoded media checks, generated filenames, signed uploads, and access-controlled providers. No internet system is completely secure, so do not include sensitive financial, medical, identity, or unrelated personal information in the issue description or photos.

The site is intended for adults seeking appliance repair. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We review this policy at least once each year and update it before a material new collection or use begins. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be described on this page. Privacy questions and correction or deletion requests can be sent to the email address above.

Your text messaging choice

The text messaging checkbox on our service forms is optional and starts unchecked. You can request service without agreeing to texts. When you select the checkbox and submit the form, you agree to appointment reminders, status updates, and answers to frequently asked questions from Mount Prospect Appliance Repair LLC. We can use phone calls or email when you do not agree to texts.

Your choice is delivered with the service request to our business inbox. If you agree, the email also records the phone number, company name, form page, disclosure wording and version, and the time the server received your consent. Cloudflare processes this record to deliver the request on our behalf. We keep it with the inquiry email under the retention schedule above. Consent details are not sent to website analytics or routine application logs, and are not provided to another business for its own use.

Sharing of Personal Information

Mount Prospect Appliance Repair LLC will not share, sell, or disclose your personal information or mobile opt-in data to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Your information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes you have agreed to. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is not being shared with third parties.

Opting Out of Text Messages:

You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from Mount Prospect Appliance Repair LLC at any time. To opt-out, you can reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us.
